Small Batch Series #001, 8-Year Bourbon Aged in Florida Home cola and toffeeOur inaugural Small Batch Series release is an 8 year Bourbon, comprised of 13 handpicked barrels that were all distilled in Indiana in May 2015, and aged in Florida. After maturing in the hot, tropical climate of the southeast, the barrels were married together in the summer of 2023 and bottled in September at barrel proof, non chill filtered.
